Kremlin sources are reporting today that Venezuela's Foreign Minister, Ali Rodriguez, has finished preparing a report for President Chavez that will be released to the world upon the Venezuelan Presidents upcoming visit to Russia and which will announce that their South American nation will become the first to offer sanctuary and asylum to American Military Soldiers fleeing the United States Internationally condemned and illegal war in Iraq. .....
